Our journey began in the world of natural stone, where we spent years sourcing premium materials for high-end Australian developments and prestige homes. Through close collaborations with multiple countries we developed a deep respect for the raw beauty of the earth. This history gave us the expertise to recognise both the potential and the early limitations of porcelain surfaces. We knew the industry needed a product that offered the same soul as natural stone but with improved durability and reliability
The shift toward engineered stone in the early 2000s brought challenges that were deeply personal to us. We witnessed the impact of silicosis on friends and colleagues within the industry, driven by the resins and silica dust found in traditional engineered products. This motivated us to find a better way. Today, Lusso Stone provides a 100% resin-free and silica-safe alternative. We combine our natural stone heritage with advanced technology to deliver high definition surfaces that protect the health of tradespeople and the integrity of your design.
With close to a decade of experience in the premium stone industry, Igor brings a rare combination of technical expertise and a refined design sensibility to every project. Specialising in stone specification and aesthetic consultancy, he works alongside architects, interior designers, and developers across Australia to find the perfect surface solution — every time.
When he’s not matching the ideal stone to a dream project, you’ll find Igor doing what he does best — making the impossible feel easy, the stressful feel manageable, and the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. If something needs doing, Igor’s probably already on it.

Nature in fast forward. We replicate the Earth’s metamorphic process to make stone naturally in three hours instead of hundreds of years. By mimicking geological formation, Lusso Stone achieves the soul of natural stone with the precision of modern engineering. This ensures a product that is as authentic as it is durable.
Forged under 44,000 tonnes of pressure. Quality is built on extremes. We subject our porcelain to a massive 44,000 tonnes of pressure and cook each slab at 1200°C for three hours. This intense sintering process creates an ultra-dense surface with excellent technical performance for the most demanding Australian building locations.
Zero resins. Zero glues. Zero polymers. Our stone is crafted purely from raw ingredients found in the ground. Because we avoid artificial binders and use the largest design files in the industry, our slabs never have a pixelated look. You get a clean and high definition finish that stands out in prestige residential and commercial projects.
Our porcelain slabs, such as the Calacatta Royale or Nero Super, are engineered to replicate the aesthetic of natural stone while offering superior resistance to heat, scratches, and staining. Unlike natural stone, our porcelain is non-porous, meaning it does not require ongoing sealing and is highly optimised for high-traffic kitchen environments.
Yes. Many of our products are designed to withstand the Australian climate. Our porcelain range is UV-stable and thermal-shock resistant, making it an ideal choice for alfresco kitchens and outdoor wall cladding. We recommend checking the specific slip rating for floor applications in wet areas.
To ensure a seamless, monolithic look with minimised grout lines, most of our premium slabs are available in large formats, typically around 3200mm x 1600mm. This allows for expansive island benches and floor-to-ceiling bathroom feature walls.
For daily maintenance, a soft cloth with warm soapy water is usually sufficient. Because our surfaces are engineered for durability, they are resistant to most household chemicals, though we recommend avoiding abrasive scouring pads to preserve the refined finish of the stone.
Yes, Lusso Stone provides a comprehensive warranty on our porcelain range, covering manufacturing defects. We take pride in our rigourous quality control standards to ensure every slab delivered to your project meets our architectural benchmarks.
Absolutely. We encourage clients and architects to visit our showroom to experience the tactile quality and scale of our slabs. Seeing the intricate veining of a piece like Pisa Bianco in person is the best way to appreciate its architectural weight.
Of course, all of our porcelain can be mitred and thickened to give the elegant look of a full slab installed. This does require MDF substrate supplied by your carbon maker or build-up. Please contact the showroom for more information.
