Products & Pricing

All products displayed on our website and in our showroom are subject to availability. Lusso Stone makes every effort to ensure product descriptions, dimensions, and images are accurate, however minor variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur due to the natural properties of stone and the limitations of digital display.

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Lusso Stone reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of checkout or written quotation.

Pricing shown online may differ from in-showroom pricing. Please contact us to confirm pricing before placing your order.

Orders & Payment

Orders placed through the Lusso Stone website or showroom constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Lusso Stone. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or product unavailability.

Full payment is required prior to dispatch of goods unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other methods as indicated at checkout.

For custom or special-order products, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery & Shipping

Lusso Stone delivers to addresses within Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on stock availability, location, and carrier conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect all deliveries carefully upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery.

For large-format or heavy stone products, delivery may require a suitable receiving arrangement. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate access and receiving capacity at the delivery address.

Returns & Refunds

Lusso Stone complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major failure or does not match its description. Outside of your statutory rights, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for stocked items in original, unused condition and original packaging. Custom-cut, special-order, or clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Showroom Visits

Visits to Lusso Stone showrooms are subject to current opening hours as displayed on our website. Lusso Stone reserves the right to refuse entry or request visitors to leave at its discretion.

While every effort is made to maintain an accurate representation of products in our showrooms, display samples may not always reflect current stock availability or finishes. Please confirm availability with our team prior to visiting.

Lusso Stone accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage suffered during a showroom visit, except where required by law.
